Deposits & Payments 

All deposits and payments must be made via zelle to JacquesxMakeup@gmail.com

A 50% deposit is needed upon booking to secure your appointment. The remainder of balance is due the day before service ( and 48 hrs before service, if you are a bride/bridal party)

Please NOTE: ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & NON- TRANSFERABLE 

If you are booking for a party and someone cancels or opts out of services, you may not use their deposit towards your overall balance. The deposit is used to block out that timeslot for that individual client. If they do not show up or cancel, they forfeit their deposit.

LATE ARRIVAL/NO SHOW POLICY

I kindly ask that all clients please be punctual and on time. I am often back-to-back with appointments and if you’re late on me that means I will be late on my next client. You have a 10 minute grace period. Once the 10 mins has past your appointment will be cancelled or a 25$ late fee will be applied- NO EXCEPTIONS. After 15 minutes, I can no longer service you. Plan accordingly and please map the studio address to give yourself enough travel time. If you are a no call/no show you will not be able to rebook with me again.

SQUEEZE-INS, EARLY BIRD, AFTER HOURS

These appointments can be requested! If you would like to come earlier, later, or even be squeezed in outside of regular scheduled times (8am-5pm) It’ll be an additional 50$ per half hour added to your service.

JUST A FEW MORE NOTES...

Please do not bring any extra guests or children with to your appointment.

For optimal results- come with an exfoliated & clean face & remove any unwanted facial hair as this will impact the overall finish. Please feel free to send any pictures of make up looks that you like and any allergies or preferences when it comes to your makeup
